Shawn joined the field force in 2019 to continue caring for Brother Knights and their families. Prior to joining the field force, Shawn has served as Grand Knight, Deputy Grand Knight, Financial Secretary, Treasurer, and Trustee of his council, and then as District Deputy for the State Council. Shawn has also served as Faithful Navigator and Faithful Comptroller of the local assemblies.

Shawn is married to his wife, Sonja, and between the two have five adult children: Ariel (deceased), Alexandria, Alexander, Marcus, and Jordyn.

Shawn continues to engage with his members to gain their trust and have a relationship with each one. Shawn continues with yearly education to grow his knowledge of the products the Knights of Columbus offers to its members and their families and stands ready to help them achieve their financial goals, and is available to call upon for advice, comfort, and fraternal guidance.
